Adult Class
Adult Ballet Class	This is a one and a half-hour class of ballet technique including barre and center work. It is a great class for adults with prior or little ballet experience. The class involves teaching the principles of body alignment, placement, strength and stretching. In addition, the fundamentals of coordination, balance, turning and jumping are taught and reinforced during center work. This ballet class offers full body training that engages all of your muscles.	21+	Mondays & Wednesdays 6:00-7:30pm	$50.00 (for 4 classes) $15 Drop In
